Martin Paredes Named CEO of Cognent, Inc. El Paso Technology company names founder CEO El Paso, Texas - Wednesday, July 05, 2006 – Cognent, Inc. announced this morning that it has named Martin Paredes CEO effective June 1, 2006. Martin Paredes, company founder had held the position of CIO, a position he will continue on until a replacement is named. As CEO, Paredes will oversee worldwide operations, company wide strategic planning and overall client and technology development.
